A dream built through determination.

From humble beginnings in a small township, our founder began her career as a receptionist at a panel beater in the south of Johannesburg. She worked her way into one of the country’s largest medical-scheme corporates, building a career rooted in service and people.

Matiamo started as a side project alongside her full-time job. It brought together her entrepreneurial ambition and what is now more than 18 years of corporate experience in client service, people management and professional development.

Her journey gives meaning to our ethos: Believe, Dream and Achieve. That same care and determination shapes how we approach every client relationship and every gifting brief.
