How do I place and secure an order?
Start with our enquiry form, email or WhatsApp. Every order is tailored to your needs, so we’ll contact you to discuss your products, quantities, branding and delivery requirements before preparing a quote. Once you accept the quote, we’ll confirm the order details and payment instructions. A 50% deposit is required to start production; orders below R500 require full payment upfront.

How long will my order take?
Our lead time is 10–14 business days for all orders. We’ll confirm the schedule when you place your order. Please mention any event date or urgent deadline when you enquire.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
Tell us which products interest you, the quantity, your budget, your preferred delivery date and the delivery location. Include your logo or artwork if available, along with any colours, wording or packaging ideas. If you’re still exploring, tell us about the occasion and who the gifts are for.
